Calling all Preston families – it’s time to mark your calendars and gear up for an adventure right on your doorstep! From the 19th of October right through to the 29th of October, Fishergate Shopping Centre is transforming its car park into the much-awaited Preston Family Fun Park! With a host of exhilarating rides and attractions, it promises a day of fun that you and your little ones won’t forget.
Rides that will Get your Heart Racing!
Get ready to feel the adrenaline! Preston Family Fun Park boasts a variety of rides that cater to both thrill-seekers and those looking for a gentler experience.
Thrill rides will provide guests with experiences of G-forces, spins, turns, twists in all directions and stomach-tingling drops! Classic rides like the waltzers and twister will get your heart racing and head spinning or experience G-Force like never before on the Tagada or in the Rage cage!
There is also a host of traditional rides like cups and saucers, that appeal to kids of all ages. Take a gentle ride on the Teacups or an exhilarating trip on our family rollercoaster!
The Preston Family Fun Park will also be home to a Sky High Giant Wheel that will offer amazing views of Preston, see the city from a whole new perspective from this amazing ride!
Attractions to Keep You Entertained
Beyond the rides, there are several attractions that promise to keep every member of the family engaged. Take a penalty against your favourite goalie, catch a duck in a duck pond or try out your dart skills. There is a huge assortment of games for all ages.

Food for the Whole Family
There will be a wide variety of food choices at Preston Family Fun Park from traditional fairground food like burgers and hotdogs to coffee and cake stalls. There will also be stands selling classic fairground sweets like cotton candy and giant lollipops.
How much is the Preston Family Fun Park?
You don’t need to buy tickets for this event as it’s a token-only funfair, ride tokens are £1.50 each when bought individually, but if bought in strips of 10, they are reduced to just £1, so that’s £10 per strip of 10 tokens – a fantastic saving of £5. Tokens can be purchased on-site at token booths situated at the entrance and around the fair site or online. Please note that if you do decide to purchase your tokens online, they can only be bought in strips of 10, no individual tokens can be bought online.
In addition to the great savings on the strips of 10 tokens, Tuesday the 24th and Wednesday the 25th of October will be designated wristband days – customers can purchase a £12 wristband, which will allow the wearer to have free and unlimited rides for up to 3 hours. The wristband sessions will be from 12 noon until 3 pm, 3 pm until 6 pm and 6 pm until 9 pm. Tokens can still be used on both the wristband days.
Tokens will be available to buy on Cowie’s Funfairs website, not the Fishergate website.
