Opening on 22nd November 2025, children can step inside an enchanted elevator that takes them on a magical journey to meet Santa Claus. There will be twinkling lights, festive scenes, and a visit to Santa’s grotto, where each child will receive a special gift!

The event will run on selected dates until 24th December 2025. Tickets are £10 per child (which includes entry for 2 adults) and can be bought on the day, but due to the unique experience on offer, early online booking is recommended. Click here to secure your spot!
