We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to Fishergate Shopping Centre from 2nd December. As we are sure you will appreciate, we have made changes which you will notice when shopping with us. The health and well‐being of our customers and staff continues to be our top priority and we are working closely with our retailers to implement new UK government shopping guidelines.
We are expecting to be busy during the festive period. If you do plan to visit us, please try to come outside peak times if possible.
We have implemented clear and simple safe distancing guidelines, which will already be familiar to many of you if you have shopped with us in recent months.
We will continue to manage the number of customers allowed on the mall at one time to allow social distancing measures to be safely followed. It may be necessary to restrict access at entrances in the event the volume of customers in the centre exceeds the designated threshold.
We have reduced touch points as much as possible for your safety and wellbeing.
The cleaning team will be cleaning all touch point areas regularly and hand sanitising stations have been installed for you to use throughout the mall.
Our retailers will be operating their stores in line with their company policies and some stores may have a queuing system for your safety, which we ask all customers to be mindful of. Some stores will be operating one‐way entry and exit systems.
We ask that all procedures put in place by our retailers and teams are respectfully followed.
Please remember Lancashire is in Tier 3, so in line with the latest Government guidance, our restaurants and cafés will only be able to offer takeaway.
Should you need any additional support, our centre team on the mall will be happy to help, or please contact Centre Management on 01772 254850 for any more information.
