Profiling
No automated profiling or decision-making on data subjects will take place.

How do we protect your data?
Reith Lambert FM LLP takes the security of your data seriously.  There are internal policies and controls in place to try to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the performance of their duties.

Any data which is stored electronically by the business, is stored securely either within our own corporate data centres, and/or within partner systems that meet our high security standards. Access to any element of this data is only provided to those who may require to access, as part of the requirement of their specific role, and responsibility, assuming they have also successfully traversed the internal approval processes. All employees who may have access to any electronic data are also subject to our internal IT policy and non-disclosure as part of their conditions of employment at Reith Lambert FM LLP.

Where the Company engages third parties to process personal data on our behalf, we do so on the basis of written instructions, are under a duty of confidentiality and are obliged to implement appropriate technical and Company measures to ensure the security of data.

How long does Reith Lambert FM LLP keep data?

The information you provide to us will be held on our computers and may be accessed by companies within our group of companies who act for us for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those parties process information, fulfil and deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf.
