Santa’s Magical Elevator and Grotto 2026 at Fishergate Shopping Centre, Preston

A Magical Adventure from Start to Finish

From the moment your little ones arrive, the Christmas magic begins! They will be greeted by the wonderful Elevator Elf, Santa’s head elf and guide, who summons the enchanted elevator for the first part of the adventure.

As the doors close, the elevator bursts into life with sparkling lights and dazzling festive visuals that will have little eyes wide with wonder. It really is something special! When the doors open, a winding path leads the way to Santa’s very own grotto, where the man himself is waiting to welcome your children, hear their Christmas wishes and give each little one a very special gift to take home.

Good to Know

Can I book for more than four children?

Each booking accommodates up to four children. If you have more than four little ones joining the fun, a second booking will be needed so we can manage timings properly. The great news is that your whole party can visit at either time booked!

How many adults can attend?

There is no limit on adults, though please be aware that more than four may be a little cosy in the grotto!

Is there a minimum age?

Not at all! Santa has a wonderful variety of gifts to suit all age ranges.

What gift will my child receive?

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all of Santa’s gifts are unwrapped and he has a lovely selection to suit every age.

Will photos be taken?

Yes! A photo will be taken of your visit with Santa and you are also very welcome to take your own. Please do check your photo products before leaving the grotto as unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds once you have left.
