The centre has escalators from level 3 to level 2, and a lift and escalators from level 2 to level 1, the latter leading to the car park exit.
PLEASE NOTE: Centre Management are pursuing several options to access the public lift within the former Debenhams store (level 3 to level 2), which has closed. Our staff are available to provide an alternative route for lift access between the trading levels if a lift is requested. Please speak to a member of staff to find out more.
Shop Mobility
We provide specific parking spaces close to centre entrances for disabled shoppers. All of our public toilets are accessible to disabled customers. Disabled toilets are located on level 2.
Situated central to the car park access road, MRA & PI Hand Car Wash is open from 8am to 5pm. They provide a wide range of vehicle cleaning services, including:
The centre has a NatWest ATM available on Level 2, next to the escalators and opposite Monkhouse.
The centre toilets are located next to Poundland and TJ Hughes on level 2. They include disabled toilets and baby-changing facilities.
We have a photo booth on level 2 next to the escalators for passports, identity cards, or just for fun!
Wall-mounted bike stand parking is available in the car park outside TJ Hughes.
We currently have two electric vehicle charging points available in the car park outside TJ Hughes. There is no additional charge for the use of these points, standard parking fees apply.
